Product description

The Torcetto (or “twist”), as it was called in the 1700s due to its spiral shape, originated in the valleys of Lanzo as a biscuit made with bread dough dipped in sugar. The slow leavening process on which its recipe is based and the use of buttermilk, give the torcetto its crispy texture and unique fragrance. Torcetto is a traditional Piedmontese Agrofood Product.
