Il Funghetto è preparato con porcini e funghi coltivati. Il prodotto è triturato grossolanamente e si presta benissimo per essere usato sulla bruschetta, per condire primi piatti, sulle carni. Si può usare al naturale oppure diluito con panna o maionese. Una volta aperto il vasetto deve essere conservato in frigorifero e consumato entro 5/6 giorni.
