La Salsa Bianca a base di Porcini è preparata con funghi porcini e coltivati e il miglior Tartufo Bianchetto Italiano. Il prodotto è ridotto in crema, è adatto per tartine, primi piatti, frittate, per accompagnare carni. Si può usare al naturale o diluito con panna o maionese. Una volta aperto il vasetto deve essere conservato in frigorifero e consumato entro 5/6 giorni. Prodotto disponibile anche in formati ad hoc, contattateci per maggiori informazioni.
