How to cook
Put 1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a large pan and add the entire content of the risotto bag. Stir over low heat for one minute. Add 1/3 cup of white wine and cook until the wine evaporates. Add 800 ml / 27 fl.oz. of boiling water and cook over medium heat for 16 minutes stirring often.

After cooking add grated cheese or butter before serving.
