La ricotta Noncè è un prodotto caseario ottenuto da siero di latte vaccino delattosato con un contenuto di lattosio < 0.1 %. Il lattosio, zucchero naturalmente presente nel latte, viene scisso in due zuccheri ( glucosio e galattosio) facilmente assimilabili dall’organismo. E’ un prodotto particolarmente indicato per i soggetti che mostrano una intolleranza al lattosio.
