Product description

Ideal for soups or risotto. This semi-wholemeal rice undergoes minimal processing, one polishiing phase, to leave the rice rich in fibre and retain all of the original “rice” flavour, preserving the whole germ. A product that is 100% made in Italy which, in addition to being free from phytosanitary residue, is grown using sustainable and conservation agriculture methods, with the use of renewable energy and “gentle” drying processes. The Gloria long-grain rice produced by Risoinfiore, the Paola Fiore farm company, is the only residue-free rice on the market with a registered trademark.
