Product description

Our RISOINFIORE long-grain rice is “A RESIDUO ZERO” – i.e. “RESIDUE-FREE”, which means that it has undergone full multiresidue analysis and has been found to be free from any trace of phytosanitary products. In addition it's grown using the methods of sustainable and conservation agriculture before being subjected to a “gentle” drying process, and maintained during storage using renewable energy. The grains are subjected to limited processing : two polishing phases by stone machines Minghetti "Amburgo". Ideal for risotto, soup, dessert or rice timbale packaged in a protective atmosphere.
