How to cook

Non necessitano di ammollo preventivo. Dopo aver lavato accuratamente le lenticchie, metterle sul fuoco in acqua fredda, portare ad ebollizione e proseguire la cottura a fuoco lento per circa 15 minuti. In pentola a pressione sono sufficienti 7 minuti circa dall’inizio del fischio. Salare verso fine cottura.
