The "Antica Pasta" nutmeg fettuccine of Campofilone are made following the pasta-crafting tradition of Campofilone. This artisanal egg pasta is made from the best ingredients: only Italian durum wheat semolina and fresh free-range eggs. The bronze-die extrusion gives the pasta a rough texture that allows the pasta to perfectly bind with every sauce. Thanks to the high percentage of eggs (35.3%) and the slow drying process at low temperatures, the pasta has an excellent cooking yield: 30,3% more than other pasta!
