Product description

Obtained from olives of the "Verdello" cultivar, it has an intense green colour with golden reflections. A fruity, medium intense olive flavour which is accompanied by rather strong hints of tomato leaf, thistle, freshly cut grass and green almonds. The taste reaches an excellent balance between bitter and spicy and this makes it suitable for salad dressing, legume soup and vegetable dishes. Also recommended on grilled meats and frying and is also great for garnishing and preparing desserts.
