Product description

Custoza is a white wine made with 5 different grapes hand-picked in September/October. Garganega, Trebbiano, Tocai, Cortese and Manzoni grapes are destemmed and softly pressed at 5° C to get a flower juice. After 6 months rest in the steel tank on the lees, the wine is bottled. It is a fruity and slightly aromatic salty white wine which is perfect with cold cut, grilled fish and buttery pasta.
