Product description

It is believed that whiskey sour was created by the Englishman Elliott Stubb who, after disembarking in the port of Iquique (which at the time was part of Peru) in 1872, opened a bar and in trying out various aperitifs ended up mixing the local "limon de pica" with whiskey and sugar, creating a perfect mix between Anglo-Saxon style and the South American fruit. Whiskey sour, although having a steely centre, is a warm and seductive cocktail, with a sharp, clear taste, with the caramelised and smoky tones of the bourbon refreshed by the aromatic impact of the lemon.
