Nutraceutical organic extra virgin olive oil obtained directly from organic olives and solely by mechanical means. Naturally high in Vitamin E content. Naturally rich in polyphenols ( at least 5mg in 20 ml). Polyphenols in Olife help protect blood lipids from oxidative stress. Olife is naturally high in Vitamin E, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Olife is rich in unsaturated fats. Replacing saturated fats in your diet with unsaturated fats contributes to maintaining normal levels of cholesterol.
