Add the remaining 400 ml of water and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Once the boil has been reached, cook for 2 minutes. Add extra virgin olive oil to taste.

How to cook
Put into a pot the velvety and 200 ml of water. Add other 400ml of water. When the water starts boiling, cook the velvety for other 2 min. Eventually, add EVO oil, salt and pepper.
