Company history

Marco was born in 1984 in Milan and he spent most of his childhood in Selinunte, his father’s original birthplace, a small town full of history, culture and nature on the south-western shore of Sicily. His family started producing ExtraVirgin OliveOil in 2003 and he has always been deeply involved in this small family business. After maturing a solid experience in the cultivation, production and distribution activities, in 2014 he decided to launch Kothon, his first bottled high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil, sold exclusively to a selection of gourmet restaurants and high-end food&wine shops
